About the Role
As a videographer for Boston Prime Properties, you'll play a pivotal role in showcasing the essence and allure of the properties represented by the agency. Your keen eye for detail and creative vision will be essential in capturing the unique features and charm of each listing. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality video content that highlights the property's key selling points, whether it's the breathtaking views of the Boston skyline, the luxurious interiors, or the vibrant neighborhoods surrounding each home.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a videographer, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in shooting and editing high-quality video content.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including real estate videos or other relevant projects that highlight your skills in cinematography, editing, and storytelling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with video production equipment, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, and drones. Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve or whatever you use.
Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to plan and execute video shoots that meet the agency's objectives.
