About the Role
The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the marketing team’s efforts in the following key marketing areas pitches and presentations, property marketing, business development, internal / external communications, and positioning. The ideal candidate needs to be a strong leader, confident communicator, and strategic thinker with a keen eye for details in order to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities under multiple competing deadlines.
The Marketing Director needs to possess exceptional writing, project management, organizational and technical skills needed to execute marketing plans and designs. This role is responsible for working with leadership team and brokers to develop and implement a marketing strategy to position Colliers a leader in the commercial real estate industry through innovative and measurable tactics. Accountable for developing the local structure, processes and campaigning for resources required to execute on marketing initiatives. Provides leadership and support tools for local team to align with the marketing strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
Brand management experience/ Experience in a supervisory/leadership role
Real Estate Experience
Familiarity with and proficiency in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Constant Contact, etc.)Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an ability to articulate client value
Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, excellent time management skills and ability to interface with top level executives
A strong work ethic, the strength to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment, and an ability to meet critical deadlines
